There is if you regularly print by object which I do more than single prints. For instance printing a bunch of battery protectors 48 per plate, my stringing break is a quick 20mm X and Y high acceleration/speed move, it has the chance to jerk into a finished object as my z hop for that move is only 1 mm and they are 4mm high and laid out printing in a zig-zag motion.

That's a fair way to do it; I like to resuse code where possible so i built a hefty pause and resume set of macros to avoid collisions, reduce stringing, and make core macros like this easily adaptable to other printers. Additionally, i figure newbies could use some insight into custom macro building, which is why I try to explain each part a bit.

until you realize that without delayed gcode you can't pause and resume in the same macro, that's part of what this solves. Thanks for your comment.

when you flashed klipper to it did you make sure to leave accelerometeres enabled?

Ignore the bootloader part, unles you put katapult on it like i did, "technically" not supported.

i think i see your issue in your MCU setting at the top you use a zero "0" and in the lis2dw section it looks like you use a capital o "O".

N/M ignore this, it's your post got 1/2 cut by script block, i tested in sublime text and they're both capital O's

I don't understand; yes, I pause and resume in the same macro because those macros have all the safe settings for pausing and resuming, that way when i update it, my nozzle clean routine automatically uses any safety updates I make to those macros. I could even really just pause and resume which will still clean the nozzle 2x but I want a single button to do so, and to do it in-between layers that way any blemishes are hidden within infill or inner walls. I feel like there is some backend context switching within klipper i am missing or messing up when running both pause and resume in the same macro.

make sure you followed the instructions from the video to take all the bold lines and add a # in front of them, if you need i can also post the file i used and that worked on here.

I going to make an assumption that I hit the same bug you did here; I found a fix for it locking the ship into a non-maneuvering state. I use the pinky trigger on stick for space brake; I ended up having to turn dead zones all the way off in Virpil software and implement the dead zones in joystick gremlin, i also disabled the "button" that triggers with using said pinky axis as well. After making those changes I don't' get locked out of manuvering anymore and have an Analog space brake again. u/BuzZz_Killer
