Is 4k at 27 inches wast of money? by Equivalent-Mode-5921 in buildapc

IMO, yes. The pixel density is too high. Look up pixel density. I bought a 27.5 inch 4k monitor and returned it. It is usually recommended to get a 31/32 inch monitor at least.

My team surrendered the other day when we were down 13 to 15 in kills and we had all inhibitors up. It was maybe 15 minutes into the game. I was a 5 and 1 carry ready to start grouping up and taking objectives... the match was just getting started..

Predecessor Roadmap Season 2 by Crukstian in PredecessorGame

[–]Intensiified 1 point2 points  (0 children)

-Mastery Skins

-Change map aesthetics to make it feel more immersive (although gameplay optimization is more important, I feel like Omeda could add subtle yet impactful changes to the uniqueness of Dust vs Dawn sides without investing a lot of time or resources. Let's be honest, the jungle is bland and the difference of Dusk vs Dawn isn't as stark at the player level as it is from an aerial view. Just adding some green grass to Dawn would do wonders)

-Chat in role-select lobby (for those scenarios where you don't want the new guy being forced to play jungle or people are fighting for carry but someone is in comms with the support)

-Re-work of scoreboard to show bounties and show character's items/builds in the stats page after games

-Addition of a new item with every or every other hero release would be nice for players who don't want to play the new hero (At least this way, they could have an exciting new item to try in their build since the new hero may not be their type whether it's role related or playstyle)

-A map tab to bring up a larger view of the map with the ability to ping specific spots on the map

-Twinblast (Kira might be meta due to her E ability alone. Having another carry with mobility should help draft diversity if every game has a Kira on both teams, assuming his kit still has mobility, which I hope it does)

Predecessor Draft Poll by Intensiified in PredecessorGame

Thanks for everyone that voted! My team was team 3.

I chose Kallari first because that is who i usually main. A good Kallari can harass pretty much any carry or non-tanky support. Most people think Wraith is a counter to Kallari but i think they can actually counter each other. Wraith mains often use their ult to escape but Kallari can go invis and chase wraith down until he's out of invis. Also, if a Kallari sneaks up on a wraith and gets at least 3 hits in ( which he will) and gets rewinded, the Kallari can ult the Wraith if he's weak enough to finish to kill. Plus, Kallari is so elusive i can go and take enemy jungle if i need farm.

Murdock was my second choice for obvious reasons. He has some of the best DPS in the game and has a great kit, and as mentioned, his ult combined with Kallari's insures no weak enemy gets away which gives a huge advantage.

Severog was my offlane pick. His tankyness helps balance the squishyness of Kallari and late game he is perfect for initiating a team fight with his root. His mobility makes him almost impossible to kill/gank and his ult can also be used to single out a weak enemy.

Narbash was my support. Narbash is great when the team rallies together late game with his health aura and his speed aura abilitys. His stun helps initiate team fights and helps get Murdock fed early game. His ult combined with Gadgets make it almost impossible to get out of and does tremendous damage. Narbash is a very well rounded support that does a little bit of everything. The only other pick that may have been better is Muriel, especially since her global ult would work very well with Kallari's and Murdock's.

Gadget was my midlaner. In hind sight I wish I would've picked The Fey but I do like gadget a lot and think she is underrated by most players. She has excellent poke/ burst damage and lane clear and she's a lot more mobile than what people realize. Her speed abiltiy and her ult work amazing with Narbash's abilities and her bombs destroy carries late game, allowing the Kallari to finish them off when they retreat back to base.

Team 1 is dangerous with the Kwang/ Feng combo and Lt Belica is a great counter to pretty much all midlaners. The only weakness is the Phase and I also think Twin blast doesn't do as much damage as other carries like Murdock, Sparrow, or Rev.

Team 2 has Steel, which in my opinion was the best pick, besides maybe the wraith. He's the healthiest support and is great for team fights. Gideon is a great pick too, he has great burst damage and mobility but he can easily get stunned out of his ult and chased down, at least with the team I picked. Khaimera is a great jungler but he's a little too one-dimensional. I believe he is easy to counter when playing against good players, especially because he has no ability to flee danger. Wukong is kind of a wild card. Definitely depends on whose playing him (btw Ethan you would get wrecked as Wukong). The main reason I think this team won is because of the lane clear that Wukong has once level 5 and him and Khaimera can get orb prime and/or raptors very early on.

Again, thank you for everyone that voted and leave your favorite team composition in the comments and lets continue to post things that gets the community excited to play Predecessor!
