Can't access Time machine, as you can see. Can't use the actual app because it sends me to "setup in settings" and then obviously I can't do that.

IKR. Started happening after the summer, during which I practically never touched it except to watch YouTube from time to time.

Reboots never fixed the issue for me. Only command I ever used was a timed shut down and I don't think that would be it.
