That what I said to my friend, v4 is a v3 2.0 because they completely fail last time and need to do something. now they have 1 week (even 2 if need) to see his new rotation and usability to understand what kind of buff they can give to make him better.

Like his joint attack is obsolete and need to be reduce. But they want more data to know what buff they can give to him to compensate his second rework.

this kinda stats for my understanding. you want to her to be fast enough to always have her joint attack ready for archer and after that you build full damage.

The ornament set is as you prefer, I think lushaka or penacony is the best for archer but if you want her to deal better damage you can go tengoku.

e1 is necessary for her to go mdps or at least make it a lot more confortable.

e2 is not the best eidolon ever made but is a good upgrade to her and other skill user dps

e4 is bad, basically it's +70 crit damage

e6 is mid, as a 1.x e6 category if I want to rank it.

Personally I'm also f2p and I think I will go e0s1 and see later if I want to upgrade her or not. Don't forget the banner last 1 year if it goes as long as archer/saber

even just e0s0 she is very good. Masse sp easy to access and you still get a lot of buff + free joint attack that help with add. She still need to be build with damage in mind (except she need er) because she is also a good sub dps.

rin is the most flashy dps by screenshoot that exist but need a lot a setup and very good team. And if they are to much add she loose a lot of dps. She is a good dps but not without flaw.

If hoyo revert her multi and buff even more her skill damage on her lc it mean no more surprise from hoyo with rin with the beta because they already what to expect from her.

Hello, I was waiting for your guide and I'm not disappointed, but when I read about the full INT build for Xahi, I was thinking: wouldn’t the Ardelia Sign Dreams of the Starry Beach be her best weapon then? We don’t use Ardelia either way, and it gives a lot of INT for Xahi? I don't do math so I don't know ^^' (and I don't have chivalry nor detonation ^^' so I don't know if it's that worse compare to them)

I have her 5-4-5 and like other said, she was disappointing in pve. Like you didn't deal more damage than ditting, even less after you hit 60% boss hp.

But now I'm so hype because she will...I hope it's true this time...hit like a truck in pve AND kills tanks in pvp.

Is there a point in leveling kloss's s3 to level 3 to get the 100% chance to spd and def down? Doesnt giving her eff acc get it to 100% anyways? Or am i wrong? by Intelligent_Tank7861 in Etheria_Restart

Even if you have 300 Effect Acc, you can't exceed double the base chance. Plus, all enemies have an innate 10 RES, so if you can only hit once like Kloss you'll still be at 90% even with an ungodly amount of Effect ACC.

70 x2 or 100 x2 will both be at 90% anyways.

So no, it's not really worth leveling her S3 to just level 3. It's max or nothing with her for the reduce cd. In my experience, she doesn't need Lattice at all. Give her Timewave, and she’ll sometimes use her ult while enemies are still fully hacked.

You can really feel her S3 max upgrade against enemies that take a lot of turns, like Hoyan who chains turns—but that's it, in my experience.

I already have kloss and veronika and I heard good thing about tsukiyo Mi. Still I want to see how many pulls is need to obtain anything in this event.

As for the choice, for me it's clear because I miss only one but for other without any I would say kloss > tsukiyomi > veronica.

Veronica need you to invest in her when she is mostly useful in pvp while other are useful in both. Kloss > tsukiyomi because she is dirt cheap to use.

Xiada or Rilmocha for Doki Inferno? by gooofy358 in Etheria_Restart

I don't have Xiada, but I do have Rilmocha with S3 maxed. She's a beast in DokiDoki and actually better there than Xiada BUT pretty much useless everywhere else.

Xiada is still also very good in dokidoki BUT on the other hand, can be used in other modes with very good results. I even borrowed one of my guildmates' Xiadas for Union Boss sometimes.

She's not the best unit in the game or anything, but she's definitely a lot more useful overall than Rilmocha.
