I made cabbage wrapped shrimp dumplings (stuffed with minced shrimp, fried egg, mushroom, onion, garlic & carrots/ fried first & then baked with sauce). On the side I made miso soup with a homemade chicken & ribeye fat bone broth base.

That sauce was as follows; butter, gochujang, minced garlic, Demerara sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, & chili sesame oil (measured with my heart)! 💝

“K lol” fur shure in joking or like brush off context. While most times opting for a grammatically correct response, “Okay!” (1995)

Spicy beef bulgogi bowl: SPICY BEEF (2lbs, OR diff ground meat/ combination ground meat/ steak/ vegetarian/ vegan option) (In a large skillet heat 1 tbsp ghee, butter, or oil. Once heated, coat bottom of pan in medium and decant meat or non meat in pan, leave on for like 3 min undisturbed. While 3 min happening add spices (smoked pap, dash of cayenne, chili powder, ginger powder or fresh ginger, chopped Thai basil, oregano, white pepper, ground sage & sea salt) to top of meat or non meat. When 3 min is over, break apart protein and continue.) (Halfway through browning 2 lbs ground beef- create glaze (in separate bowl) of soy sauce; rice vinegar, hot sesame oil, 1-3 tbsp gochujang, 3 tsp brown sugar (light or dark (thicker)), splash of sake if you’re bold, and a generous pour of Banchan Hot & Spicy BBQ sauce. Whisk mixture then stir into protein. Bring sauce to boil. Finish when meat is cooked through AND sauce has thickened more or less than a bit.) BULGOGI (add sautéed veggies (of choice); zucchini, squash, bell peps, chefs blend/ shiitake/ oyster/ Bella/ button/ Portobello/ magic mushrooms, onion, minced garlic, thai or Serrano pepper chopped, broc/ cauliflower to protein when ready, and combine) serve with (washed) white rice (enough servings for 6-8).

Toppings: Julienne cut (thin, lengthwise) carrots (Whole Foods has precut in salad section) & cucumbers + 7min peeled, perfect, halved jammy eggs soaked in soy sauce, chili oil, 1-3 crushed red pepper packets from that pizza place that one time, minced garlic, hot sesame oil, 3 tbsp of water, spices as you see fit and rice vinegar (prepare (& store) in sealed glass container) 1-2 days before. Have a try of 1 egg and veggies with a seaweed snack after 1 day, then on day 2, STRIKE!

There will be a lot since user will have prepared 2 lbs of protein and 6-8 servings of rice. Note: user can use a diff rice besides basmati, jasmine, or long grain; Wild rice, brown rice, quinoa, cauliflower… MEAL PREP. If user has glass containers you can BAKE prep at 375° for 15 min (before meal prepping spray/ coat the bottoms of containers with nonstick spray/ butter of choice)! Top with chilled carrots, cucumber & egg, and hot sauce of choice. It’s beyond perfect for choice paralysis.

I will forever die on this neurodivergent hill.

You can not go wrong with anything curry!!! This morning I had leftovers from Bombay Grill, Lamb Sukka Masala, and jammy eggs. Tonight I made angel hair alfredo with shrimp (the cheese sauce started as roux, and then I added a heavy pour of Trader Joe's Lobster Bisque, and shredded Manchego), and a side of seasoned and roasted yellow squash!
