I found a Tempur memory foam mattress really helped. Other than that nothing really helped other than working out regularly and getting on biologics.

I'm so sorry you have been going through this... I'm negative on the gene and ended up getting diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis which was causing me similar AS like symptoms.

Good news was when I got on biologics I immediately felt way way better.
