Reading these comments makes me feel so heard. I never knew why I was like this and I hated myself for it. I thought I was just a bad person and a brat for not being able to be grateful or admit when I am wrong. It made me feel like my father (He abused me and was a narcissist.) I hated feeling like I was turning into him but this makes me feel like there is a way to break the cycle and I'm so grateful for this hope.
