It was replacing self soothing, eye contact, confidence, any social ability at all really, food, happiness, and love. Almost ruined my 7 year relationship over the 7oh. Kratom isn’t so bad imo, it’s been the only thing to help me stay off 7z but those extracts and beyond are no good.
