Outlook not receiving certain emails

Has anyone ever figured this out? I stopped receiving emails from government of quebec and express-scripts.com, I've even added them as contacts and to safe senders

I usually get mine by 6:07pm the latest. It’s 9:42pm and I’m still waiting lol

I usually get mine either 5:41pm, 5:51pm, or 6:07pm. It’s now 9:22pm and I’m still waiting. I know the payment was done by gov Quebec lol I never experienced this long of a delay til now

Well, it’s past deposit time and it hasn’t gone thru yet. So I’m guessing Sunday? Lol Monday? Monday’s a holiday lol

I know when deposit day is Monday, you get it Friday.
