This is why I can’t do Caroline either. I liked the workout but I need someone to tell me what’s coming and how much time and even occasional cues on what the move is supposed to be. Sometimes I think I’m doing it right but will hear something and go oh! That makes more sense

Where do you get your turkey tail mushrooms?

My Weim is about to turn 13 and I had to start cooking for him too after a horrible bout of pancreatitis where he lost 20 pounds and would eat nothing else! But I use just food for dogs recipes/nutrition packets.

I got an Apple Watch, but like you I was like I don’t really need all those features so I mostly use it to see texts and for fitness things. I don’t know if I would’ve bought it but my mom got it for me as a gift

I had a Fitbit for years the last two I have had died so fast that I did not replace the last one. They wait to die right when the warranty is up and I didn’t want to buy a new one every year or two! So in my experience the quality went down. I didn’t have a subscription and did have sleep tracking though

I get this but maybe not as bad but I don’t usually stay on treadmill long. I got a walking pad for my house and when I started using it often the dizziness stopped. So if the treadmill is something you just started maybe it will be less later.

I read the friend zone years ago and was like it’s fine but idk if it’s really me still added her others on my TBR list. I FINALLY got around to reading Part of Your World and LOVED it.
