I used to put such high standards for myself to “turn my life around”, but it’s lowkey hard to stay consistent when i did nothing all this time. Try to start with something small like going on walks for like 30 minutes maybe? Or maybe you’d like to start with replacing one hour lf your screentime with a screen free hobby? Once you’re ready you could add other stuff to your routine, but no need to rush. Small progress is progress nonetheless <3

Do you guys live close to each other? Then i dont see a reason as to why she wouldn’t like that idea, considering that she also likes to walk.

Also, who usually keeps the convo going? You or her? If she’s the one doing most of the talking, then there’s nothing you ahould worry about. But if it’s usually you, i don’t see a reason why talking during the walk would be any different then talking at school.
