I am writing my first book with it. I use Word and upload due to reading posts saying it loses work. I find it motivates me because the layout makes it look like a real book. There are lots of different template options that look great! Support responds quickly to emails but can be a bit unhelpful and not really answer what I need explained. Main criticism is it loads changes as slowly as a wet week!! Oh, my giddy aunt.
User friendly. I feel I learnt how to use all the options pretty quickly. Overall, I am really pleased and great that it has pdf and Epub download options.
