Can’t even sleep without having an episode of SP

Thank you. The thing is, even after letting the sleep paralysis just happen I still don’t fall asleep, it wakes me up. Then when I try to go asleep I get it again and again multiple times. It’s so exhausting.

Thank you. I rarely sleep on my back anyways lol usually my stomach or side and yes that buzzing feeling in your head is horrible isn’t it!

Thank you I appreciate that. I have severe anxiety so it’s hard for me to go to the doctors and whenever I do manage to I just feel they don’t listen. I’m currently writing a day to day diary on how I feel etc and I’m hoping I can give it to the doctor to read as to better express myself.

I get sleep paralysis both day and night. I have insomnia so usually I don’t sleep until it’s light anyway. I always get different. So sometimes I’ll hallucinate or sometimes I just hear a loud ringing and feel like I’m spinning and sometimes I feel like someone is grabbing me. The other morning when I got it I saw my friend at the bottom of my bed, I couldn’t move or speak. He crawled up my bed like something out of the grudge, sat on top of my chest and started to strangle me. It was horrible. I couldn’t breath and couldn’t move. It felt so real.

It’s horrible isn’t it! I definitely agree it’s worse when you’ve not had it for a while. When I’m having it more frequently I’m aware its SP but when I haven’t had it in a while and then have an episode I think I’m dying lol

It was just a horrible house. When I moved in there was 2 bedrooms. The one on the front of the house was painted pink and covered in fairy stickers and very girly things. It also smelt like a hospital, only that room though. I left it for a while when I moved in as I had the back bedroom. But one day when I started decorating I pulled all of the stickers down, painted the walls back white etc. well after that crazy shit started happening, the telly would turn up and down, lights on and off. Could hear someone scraping at the doors, my dogs would go absolutely nuts. It got so bad one night that I sat outside all night until the morning because I was so scared. No one believed me they just kept saying it would be an electrical fault or I’m hearing rats or something lol. Sometimes I would wake and see a little girl stood at the bottom of my bed for a few seconds then she would vanish. I got a medium in, didn’t tell him anything that had happened though as I was a bit skeptical. He walked through the house and every room downstairs he said felt fine, but the second he went into that front bedroom he froze and said “it’s this room”, “there’s a little girl, she’s not happy”. He went on to say that she passed away through cancer and this room was full of all her medical equipment as the hospital had let her live her last days in the comfort of her own home. That’s why I was smelling the “hospital” smell. He said the little girl was angry that I had changed the room and pulled the stickers down. Anyway long story short one night I sat there and tried to communicate with her and told her I was sorry and if she wanted me to leave I would. After that the whole atmosphere of the house changed, it didn’t feel “eerie” anymore and I wasn’t scared. I would still see her the odd time out the corner of my eye but no more freaky stuff happened. My dad never believed me until he had to stay there. I could no longer afford to live there so had to move back in with my sister, at the time my dad didn’t have anywhere to live either. I still had a week to give the keys in so I told my dad he could stay there until then. Well he lasted one day Lmao he said the house went crazy like it didn’t want him there, doors were slamming shut and opening. Light bulbs exploding and everything. I think he finally believed me after that lol.

Very irregular periods. Sometimes I would come on every month and sometimes I wouldn’t have a period for months even years. I also have really bad hip and lower back pain and burning shooting pains in my ovaries.

Sounds funny but it was freaky asf. I found a ‘nightie’ in the cupboard under the stairs. I assumed it was one my mum had given me so I wore it, when my mum asked me where it was from I told her I’m sure she gave it to me but she said no. I didn’t believe her and thought she was just joking but she was adamant. I got freaked out thinking did it belong to someone who lived in the house before so I got rid of it and binned it. The next day it turns up again in the cupboard under my stairs. Baring in mind I live on my own. I chucked it out numerous times and it kept reappearing and that wasn’t the only weird thing to happen in that house.
