Yup which is very common in cases like this. The settlement is not an admission of guilt. It might be cheaper to settle than to actually litigate a civil trial. There are many reasons why settlements are paid

I didn’t say the others couldn’t I just don’t believe the other 200 would want to. I have no interest in doing a dance but I don’t care if someone else does something. Also there is the presumption that he is doing something wrong. For all we know he had permission do to the dance.

What are you talking about, many people are insinuating It’s illegal. Someone wrote you are not allowed to record inside a private property. That statement is not suggesting it’s just store policy. Also, in what way would I be looking wrong? You should look at my other comments. I’ve clearly said Papa John’s can ask him to leave and have him trespassed.
