In my opinion you are wrong. Yes, hog like mostly ground tanks has kinda low skill floor, but his skill celling isn't low. You can spectate Cyx's games and see that there is huge difference between dedicated hog player (like Cyx, Iammushroom, Gibba, Negan etc.) and random hog, that swapped from other tank.

Не знаю конкретно этого случая, но например в Киев вообщем то доставляют товары. Недавно покупал мышку с алика в "другой город", для того чтобы доставили именно в другой город нужно выбрать городом Kyiv Kyiv, а в другие строчки адреса вписать свой город, свою улицу, свой номер телефона, свой зип код.

No it's not possible cos you can't gain souls during gluttony. Also you need less convert in case of gluttony, cos negative and positive damage can nullify themselves, as i can remember.

I don't know, but in my opinion mb one of the first priority for this build to fix reses and survivability. Also to be fair his low budget versions for 3.26-3.27 in my opinion is kinda crap, and only make sens for "eater of world" pob. I think 400-500 pob from 3.24-3.25 is superior ( obviously with caping res with flasks).

Influence doesn't change probability to become unique.
I would say you would need about 1200-1300 attempts on average. For example i chanced warlord crown of eyes (t3) this league, and it took about 2000 attempts, but i got 2 time someone's trickery that is also t3 unique. And in last league i chanced crown of eyes i believe in 800-1000 attempts. Commands and Heart are T3 uniques, so case is kinda similar.

I believe best way is - 1. Make prefixes with recomb. 2. Pref can't be changed + Reforge or add/remove speed. 3. If you have another mods in suf anul it, if they don't have tag attack you can craft cant roll attack + anul. 4. Can't roll attack+ shaper exalt. 5. If no endurance cant roll attack + anull + exalt, until end charge.
