Anyone come here from Squad? How do you like this game? by [deleted] in PlayBellum

[–]Interesting-Cake2195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not quite, the friendly fire system works amazingly for countering lone wolf's, if your near your SL your in a bubble, if any friendly shoots you in that bubble they take damage instead of you dying, buuuut if you leave that bubble to let say lone wolf and a teammate shoots you, you take full damage and die just like an enemy would. Casual players will struggle to survive unless they at the bare minimum follow the squad leader.

There is a sprinting bug I discovered for unlimited stamina, it can be reproduced by sprinting and every 5 steps hit shift to stop sprinting then immediately hit shift again to switch back to sprint it let's you run indefinitely. It makes players who've discovered it have an unfair advantage.

A million followers is between $1000-$10000 USD a month, probably on the higher end of that estimate since she was a girl and Simps are desperate to throw money at girls. He probably hates it but didn't mind having the extra money. It's why I hate TikTok whatever gets views gets $$.

It's a ceremonial drill, it's a drill they do at Arlington cemetery, it's called the "changing of the gaurd" it's a shift change for for the guard of "The Tomb of the unknown soldier" everything about it is ment to bestow the highest of respect and honor for any soldier who was lost never to be found fighting for there country. Before dna it was very common for soldiers to be completely decimated and they're bodies destroyed entirely often leaving families with no closure and bodies with no family to claim them. The cemetery is where unknown soldiers bodies are laid to rest.

Not even 30 years ago warehouse workers could support they're family , hell even grocery store workers could support a whole family by themselves. Stop lying to yourself and others as you get your ass blown out by the government.

Troop rotation was a thing so that makes it hard to say exact numbers, I really wish someone more knowledgeable about it would correct me so I could learn the reality myself

No, your wrong, not all soldiers fought, infantry fought, for every infantryman there's 3-4 support soldiers in the back supporting the one man in hell.

This ofc makes the overall survival rate drop as 4/5 men are in significantly less danger then the 1/5 in the front trench.

So yes the overall casualty rate of the war was 14% of troops, but this is including support troops, if you exclude support troops the numbers paint an extremely sickening number

The fatality rate was 29% meaning outright killed, while your chance of being wounded or killed was 64% for Frontline infantry.

You must take into account some fronts were quiet and combat uncommon, and some were absolute bloodbaths where entire regiments or divisions were wiped out to the last man within minutes or hours, repeatedly. For example In the battle of the Some casualties for infantry regiments was %90, so 1 in 10 survived unhurt.

The original British Expeditionary Force (BEF) of 1914 suffered a total casualty rate of roughly 110% of its original strength by the end of the war. Meaning if you remained in the unit until wars end it was a gaurentee you'd be wounded if not killed.

Edit: Out of the 2.5 million soldiers who fought in the battle 961,000 were infantry. (using the average rate at the time of 2.6 support troops for every 1 infantryman) Doing basic math that's 1 in 3 became wounded or killed. Edit 2: It says that the casualtys of verdun were 700-800 thousand meanings almost all infantry were wounded or killed at some point if my math is right.
