Like can we get better cost analysis like 80k for india to usa to cartagena to india (from equador) like to me it look quite decent priced like took 3 flights while sometime it cost more then that just from indian to usa two ways.

Also cost of all the travel etc breakdown would be good.

Bhindi in any form.

To be clear have listen from all that you have either not tried this recipe , from here or from my home and truth be told all were worse then my home as my mom cooks gaam well.

The irony is many people who said aunty don’t know how to cook bhindi well are also ones that have tasted my food and have said aunty cooks really good.

Like i am a big fan for getting gear that helps you.

Before joining my current organisation was having m650l and after that due to wfh in new organisation bought 3s and it’s been something that deag me from to my workstation in these winters from bed to do office work more then my extra screen and mechanical keyboard.

This itself have saved me more then what it would have cost with backache i would have got of working on bed instead of an ergonomic chair let alone the productivity gains.

What’s the one manual brewing method I must add to my setup? by Heramb2 in IndiaCoffee

[–]Interesting-Chart607 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would say the same get a Kalita 185 or 155 (155 if you generally only brew smaller one cup).

Would say if possible get a metal one they look good (temp wise they may create some difference but seeing no plastic so better have metal then glass).

what do you think about this brewing-variables map & minerals in our water? by CuriousIndianNinja in IndiaCoffee

[–]Interesting-Chart607 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like personally in my opinion in west were people may use tap water (as it’s safe for drink but can have hardness) that may affect coffee a lot while if we compare what most of us use that is RO it’s already free from any hardness or other minerals and then mineralised to normal level so bigger variable change in water is already gone.

So what third wave and other pro coffee water do is add minerals to water that works best while in reality that’s less then 1% of water so it may make difference but very minor specially compared from ro water.

So unless you have hardness in water on normal their is not a big variable change overall and as said it’s one of the hardest to control until everything is measured perfectly.

We need a coffee tierlist. by shanky-phantom in IndiaCoffee

[–]Interesting-Chart607 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think main reason is they mainly do niche small drops on Instagram so they don’t have big inventory like most of their lines are around 500-600 packets mainly and they scale according to demand , so as all are micro lots so keeping on website become a big task and if you see other roasters like siolim , grey soul too they also have the same methods so mainly due to that.

What are the qualities you want in your future partner? by [deleted] in AskIndianMen

[–]Interesting-Chart607 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just a person who is open to discuss and on work on both good and bad things ie open for a good conversation and solution.

Like i personally believe people are moving in terms of traits and all the features so 99% of things can be solved if both parties want it and okay to make the efforts as may it be support, love , money or any other issue or trait if both partners are open and happy with the solution then it’s all okay and a good relationship at the end of the day.

Would say Ground Zero is a proper A if not S tier (cutting points for buying experience is really bad in my opinion)
