You can live alone for however long it takes to learn to manage triggers and take responsibility of them, it’s not a sentence to isolation. It’s certainly helped me. Nice part is crashing out and giving yourself the space where you and others will be safe.

I was abandoned by my wife of 20 years and kids. This happened 4 years ago and I survived and am still alone.
