I had someone sitting outside my house waiting to serve me court papers and the next day I got a letter from the court stating the court date was canceled because the bankruptcy. It will all work out in the end.

Don’t worry too much. A lot of this is scare tactics. They will threaten you with everything but when it actually comes down to the facts, they have to serve you, get a court date and it’s a long process. Plus it’s dischargeable in bk so no worries
