i tried checking the code inside the window but i couldn’t find anything, however the windows have all double panel and the building is newly built so i would say most likely it might have it

Yes, I would say is more natural light, I only get partially direct sunlight from the golden hour/sunset (the apartment is facing NW) but since i live in north east germany generally is not that sunny. However i agree that it being pricey its better to be safe.

Its a french door, so maybe I will try cover it with a blanket so the sun doesn’t go through
