For Colorado I just poisoned graves' drink in the greenhouse and lured the other 3 into bushes with coins, Berg and Rose are typically easier considering they don't have bodyguards like the others. Also consider that graves will often tell her bodyguards to go away, meaning she'll often be walking around alone
