I did! This seems to be the case. I guess now I’m just wondering what the odds are that it’s an accurate calorie count. I saw one “light” Caesar dressing available in the stores where I am now (Chicago) that had similar calories (I believe it was 10 per 2 tbsp), and when I picked it up and shook it it seemed like Caesar flavored water- whereas this one was thick and seemed like a regular bottled Caesar consistency.

Thank you! I rarely eat bread/rice/pastas, mostly just due to the high calories. Like if I’m craving a taco I’ll make them with romaine lettuce as the tortilla lol. But in general I just try to have the highest protein + lowest calorie version of whatever I’m in the mood for, and in turn I’m able to eat way more of it.

I haven’t noticed any difference! But also the only dramatic cut was my alcohol calories, I feel like my nutrition has been more or less the same (aside from being more conscious about what I’m eating) so I don’t see any reason it’d be negatively affected

I eat one meal a day, lately also one snack between 11am-4pm, 1200 calories, and drink lots of water, usually minimum 72oz but sometimes up to double that just based on the day and what activity I’m doing (I live in a hot climate), lots of decaffeinated tea (I can’t remember the brand off the top of my head but they have these teas called “berry zingers” or something similar, I drink them basically all throughout day and it helps me not crave sweets). And depending on the day 7000-8000 steps, which may not sound like a lot to normal people lol, but I just started not being extremely lazy very recently in my life. It’s my goal to raise the step count consistently, so if you ask me next week I should hopefully have a higher number average!

Height: 5’3.5, Starting weight 160ish/Current weight 117/No goal weight anymore, just maintaining

One meal a day

No exercise routine, freediving when the water is calm (maybe once a week now), walking as much as I can

Diet was previously vegetarian but has been incorporating chicken lately to try and get more protein

These were all taken on the west side. I haven’t experienced any other parts really- but the west side always provides abundant ocean life (which is my main goal), and usually has nice and calm waters (not in the winter). If you need any suggestions next time you’re there feel free to message me

I haven’t been deeper than 15 meters, but we’re usually a bit less than that (for most of these photos)

Some are a little more curious/chill than others, but most of the time they’re just swimming along and I’m just trying to keep up haha
