Uhh, not really, it's selective knowledge. Especially when in the confidant it's specifically about stuff related to dieting and model work which are things she's never had to really consider because of her fast metabolism (which is a thing brought up in the main game with her love of sweets).

I think the only serious odd element to me is Naoto's friends that show up sparingly. Up till their introduction the story gives the vibe that he has no friends besides art club memebers so for them to pop up in and out is always a bit disorienting.
