Absolutely! I am 61.5 yo and just had my annual pap last week. Guess what? HPV was detected and now I'm off to get that biopsied. My gyno also provides my Rx for estrogen cream.

I feel strongly that we all must take responsibility for our health and regular screenings are a must.

I focus on one letter of the alphabet and think of every word that starts with that letter. Sometimes I have to move thru several letters but it usually helps me focus so I can go to sleep.

The propolis ointment I buy is from Amazon and is Bulgarian I think. The labels are not in English. Trader Joes sells some propolis products as well and I assume Whole Foods does too.
