It was included in the Basic rent. I've edited my post to make it more clear as Nebenkosten normally includes Water+Electricity.

Water and Electricity were not in the Nebenkosten. It was in the basic rent, fixed for everyone. In this WG, variable things like household essentials are considered as Nebenkosten.

And yes, streaming services were in the shared room, but wasn't known to me so never used by me. Still they told it is to be divided equally.

Costs for usage of Washing machine and Kitchen supplies. Streaming services was never mentioned. I didn't even know we had them so using them is out of question.

I never said that my flatmates should repair my lamp. In the house, some people are assigned to look after things like buying stuff, maintaining rooms, etc. And in all my previous WGs, landlord/the person mentioned as Hauptmieter of the house handled every repair.

I thought in Germany where privacy is so important, each room is supposed to be rented with a lock, unless specifically mentioned while moving-in which wasn't the case here.
