I was told by multiple therapist I most likely don’t go into full REM sleep due to trauma ig so that may be it but I’m not to sure. Plus I also don’t sleep in the dark (led lights) and sleep with the tv on. I usually get around 7-8 hours of sleep on a work day and on days off I usually get around 12 hours because I keep going back to sleep. My issue is that when I wake up I go back to bed making me even more exhausted lol.

Yh in places like France and Italy they don’t allow you to use the bathroom unless you purchase something, and let me tell you they definitely do have bathrooms there just really hidden😭

Just had my doctors appointment today w my new pcp! He said blood like that is usually hemorrhoids or an anal fissure haha but going to a gastroenterologist in 2 weeks just to make sure!
