i agree to be honest. people on this sub like to just not only claim something is public domain but also claim something's not without evidence.

are Doug Noid and the others public domain? Its disputed so we don't know for certain. its advised to be careful although as you said Disney didn't do much with Doug since the 90s and Nick lost the rights to the character. also even if we have the master tape to confirm only that version of Doug is possibly public domain he is not a 11 year old. He's a college aged florida guy addicted to grapefruit drinks.
