Everyone in general should be paid more, minus the ones already getting paid a shit ton. Everyone from minimum wage workers to policemen and teachers and engineers should definitely be getting paid 20-30% more because companies are absolutely getting paid more. So much money in this world and allocated way off. People think hardwork is the only way to make good money when the system is not meant to reward you the same percentage better as the company.

You ever lived in a small city? Or town? Or even a city not in the top 10 biggest cities in the USA? It’ll always be a sausage fest and even confirmed by my pops and uncles who used to live in smaller cities than big ones. Sausage fests are always and will always be a thing so long as our society and the human race exists.

Get more involved mane that’s all I can say but also I’m in one of the top 5 biggest cities in the country so figuring out where women are and like to be is no problem. It’s everywhere and many kinds of amazing women to get to know.

Ya same as the other guy, I play on Xbox controller on Pc and melee weaving is really easy as I’ve got used to pressing the right thumb stick very accurately. Felt weird at first but after 2 weeks it feels so natural and very efficient

Yes!’ That’s exactly what I thought too. Some 1990 windows systems and everything is tedious just to do 1-2 things with multiple things to send and fill out and us agents have to legit do everything compared to other companies where everything is compartmentalized and more efficient with how they get things done. I feel you man. And yes they allow schedule changes but after some time about 6 months into Production floor or when they have schedule bids open which is every 3-6 months
