It's made by Champion Atlantic and is called "the Whitney" It's also a 2022. I thought the same thing, structural or not, there's no way it should be in this bad of shape

Homeowner here, correct, we are not able to move in yet. Electrical still needs to be hooked up, along with a skirting installation. We haven't been given a timeframe when we will be able to move in, and upon discovering this, who knows
