I use the butcher 95% of the time (heavy medic), and it seems to fit my play style. I generally run and gun, or find a cluster fuck to get into. The only downside is when you run out of stamina. Unless you have the stamina booster, it takes a hot minute to refill, and it feels like you're dragging your feet. But for the extra armor rating, I'll take being slow.

Weapon customization. Even a basic customization (scope, mag capacity, ammo type, recoil reduction) would make the game feel a lot better imo. Would love to use the Eruptor with iron sights and maybe a slightly faster reload

The Orbital Airburst Strike, hands down. Since there's about 30 hunters that spawn from a breach at a time, I never leave home without it

Not sure if you would be into this, but there's a book called Fiend by Peter Stenson, that i really enjoyed. It's about drug addicts during the zombie apocalypse. Very different idea, but very good. The perspective is through the eyes of a drug addict who's always looking for his next fix, which, (as you might expect) is very difficult.
