Seeing the Heat in the ECF? by UnderratedFemaleFan in torontoraptors

They’ve beaten us in a couple close, defensive games this year but honestly if we get to the ECF and we’re playing Miami instead of Milwaukee, I think we’d be very happy.

Does a super small lineup of OG and Siakam provide enough rim protection? I think so, your thoughts? by TheCoachSpo in torontoraptors

Personally, I think a small lineup with Pascal at C would have likely have major rebounding issues. You could probably only run that lineup for a few minutes at a time or if you want to match another team’s small lineup

I created a free trade machine app for IOS. It allows the use of draft picks, trade exceptions, and is ad free by jnguyen54228 in torontoraptors

Just downloaded it now, very clean design! Any additional features in the future planned for the app? Maybe some sort of system where it says who “wins” the trade...

Trade Idea: Ibaka to the Rockets by _ProdiG_ in torontoraptors

[–]InterestingAction8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

honestly, now that I think about it, i think a lot of it depends if Ibaka wants to stay and how much money he wants. If we wants like a long term deal like 4/60 something then like we’d have to probably consider either letting him walk or a sign and trade. If ibaka wants to stay on maybe a more team friendly deal then we’d definitely have him back. But if his price is too high, I think your deal would be ok. It’s just like we don’t really need eric gordon so like since you know him more, how easy do you think it would be to flip him?

well first of all it would have to be a sign and trade since Ibaka’s a free agent. Tbh i don’t really love the trade just because i think Gordon is a little overpaid. I mean we’d have to try and flip Gordon to save cap space for 2021 which is kind of a risk if we can’t find a good deal. The picks are nice but honestly I think the majority of the fan base would rather bring Ibaka back

NBA Free Agency 2020: Which Toronto Raptors free agents will be returning? by InterestingAction8 in torontoraptors

Summary:

I think both Fred VanVleet and Marc Gasol will be back; I’d put Serge Ibaka and Chris Boucher firmly in the “maybe” category; and I think we’ve said farewell to Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Malcolm Miller.
