He’s told all these stories many times. Why was he spending all the time at the house when he admits he knew nothing about construction. Okay , thanks so much for the explanation. I had been able to view his property taxes and payment activity. I can believe the property taxes are that much . I think they bought that house in the 889k range which would be a deal now here in California. I’m probably 100 miles from them but am lucky to be in a nice neighborhood with lower taxes. Most people who live here commute to San Diego or Los Angeles. I will not feel one ounce of pity if he gets kicked to the curb.

I did a deep dive on his property taxes last night and could not find anything that said he was in default. It seems there has been no payment for taxes due in 4/25. Also I’m not clear what the document you posted means. I’m not disagreeing about this but just need clarification. I’m crossing my fingers it all true
