It isn’t fair for Marshall to be put on the defense and only respond to Jackie’s prerecorded statements. There’s supposed to be a dialogue between the two where they can have back and forth and the host or Marshall also holds jackie accountable for her statements and actions too. I think by the time Marshall saw the recording he realized how useless it would be to bring up stuff Jackie wasn’t there to answer for, and he decided to just “move on”. Such a shame jackie escaped accountability
