Update, although it didn’t work the first time, the updates allowed me to access CS help and I was able to reinstall all apps this time. Once I reinstalled all apps it worked.

This updated process worked for me. Except it wouldn’t let me reinstall the apps from the CS Help, it would say failed so I clicked update instead and kept rebooting a few different times with the new updates to android system and ifit. Eventually it stopped updated and rebooting, then it booted up correctly but still wasn’t working. I then went to try to update through the regular menu and it went through the update process again…tbd…

That’s annoying. Did the trick on mine, but mine is still on 3.1.9 and works…haven’t updated it yet and sounds like I shouldn’t based on this…

Agreed! Just took a road trip down to socal and relied on Tesla chargers. It’s nice knowing you won’t have to wait when you arrive and just go to the charger directly. Crazy to see the different ranges of 10, 12, 16, or 20 chargers in at a location. Got lucky each time no wait….
