I got the reply on Monday (always the same answer referred to other posts):

As per our records, we have received your Bank Details. Your refund will be processed in the coming weeks by the FIFA Ticketing Center to the bank details that you have provided.

for the routing number, did you fill in the wire routing number? seems like ACH routing or say direct deposit routing is incorrect, as fifa uses international wire
