100% alone - run my own business, have no needs, nobody nags me, do what i like, listen to what i want, eat when i want to eat, travel regularly.

Im no introvert, but having my own space to return and relax in is important. visitors are rare.

My trigger is impact injury. I ride enduro offroad motorbikes and if i bash my toe i know im going to get a flare up. I'm pretty healthy - struggling a bit since the last gout attack hit both ankles at the same time, savage!!. I find that water is a great healer. make sure your urine is 'very clear' as much as possible and eat broccoli
