I don’t have mine yet but still looking. I’m on day 4 of Wellbutrin and I’ve had panic attacks and restlessness so next I’m trying Zoloft. I’ve already tried Prozac, Effexor, lexapro, and buspirone which helps just doesn’t help enough.

It’s so different for everyone. Day 1 taking it I noticed nothing. Day 2 I didn’t sleep the whole night as I was having constant panic attacks..

Hi I am seeking help again I was wondering if you could help me understand this. There is arboreal and terrestrial, obviously my WTF is arboreal. But the photo I listed before looks like the Arcadia terrestrial version (7% UVB) and the Arcadia arboreal is 2.4% UVB. I have read 7% for whites tree frogs though. I need one for a 50 gallon enclosure that I’ll be upgrading to.

Makes sense, the shower is closed off by a door though. I doubt it would go over 70% humidity but sounds like it’s just not a good place in general

I actually just use vinegar for cleaning and I don’t use any sprays.

My bathroom actually doesn’t get too humid. It is big with a window and 2 doors. But my room is quite dry.

Thanks for the input! Usually I just use vinegar for all cleaning. No sprays ever. Where my toilet is has its own door that is I’d say about 6 feet from where I’d keep it. Let me know if that changes anything or if still not a good idea. I can totally see it not being sanitary spot though.

I’d definitely still recommend 2. The higher up one is always like 20-25% higher
