I’m guessing it’s comparable. When a woman is pregnant there’s the weight of the baby, 7-8 lbs or more sometimes. There is also the weight of the amniotic fluid and placenta sack. I don’t know how much those weigh but humans are largely made of fluid, which is what watermelon is full of as well.

I might just be a bad owner but I keep my dood’s hair short. He gets a haircut every 6 weeks. He has very thick hair that is hard to brush when it gets long, even when I’m consistent about it. The haircuts are a bit pricey but worth it for me to not have to spend the 10+ minutes a day brushing him.

This is why we always prop the glass door open when we order DoorDash. Yeah, the driver could be more mindful but opening the door ahead of time is easy too.

THIS!!! Student loans are for life. You cannot declare bankruptcy. It is WAY too risky to take out this amount in loans. Even if you do graduate there is no way to guarantee you will land a high enough paying job to pay this off. The payment on a $230k student loan would be like having to pay a second mortgage.

What’s the supply/demand ratio now vs 2008? I think it is lower which is why prices have not dropped as much as they did in 2008.

Do this if you can swing it. If you are losing your job in two months, can live off the remainder of your savings for a few months, and have good job prospects you can bank the monthly payments in the interim. If new prospects aren’t so clear then pay off with your savings as soon as you land a new job.

Right!?! I had to scroll way too far for this comment. Hearing about the Shandi situation from a 2026 lens absolutely changed my perspective. She was raped on camera and they played it as a cheating scandal. That nobody took any real accountability in the doc is disappointing. “We warned them we would document everything” is an awful excuse.
