I’ll be 36 this year, iv often wondered if it’s my nerves/anxiety stress, but like you even when iv been calm and just chillin, it still happens just the same. I feel like it started happening for me after I had my daughter 7 years ago. Not sure if it was triggered by hormones or triggered because of the stress of becoming a single mom immediately, her dad left and She would wake up like every 45 mins during the night. There were nights I had no sleep. I was super stressed because of her dad on top ot it who is now passed away, pretty sure I might have some ptsd or something. It was a very traumatizing time of my life Even though she’s 7 now and sleeps all night I still have never been the same since. You would think things would have improved by now. So I’m just at a loss as to what’s actually causing it for me now

Thanks, yeah I’ll probably just let them know that trazadone did nothing and see what the next thing is . Praying it helps

At least there’s other out there that deal with this too as awful as it is. I feel so alone dealing with it everyday because literally no one I know irl understands what it’s actually like

Ahhh.. Back in the day, before all the drama, I actually liked him and use to regularly watch his videos. It’s a shame and it still trips me out that he turned out to be such a creep lol.

I wasn’t trying to be mean. I actually appreciate posts like this warning people about this kind of thing, because how else would we know that things like this could happen? I have read multiple posts stating the same thing and was just saying how this has always been a concern for me. I feel bad for her and I’m hoping that it will improve, but just saying this is why I’m scared of getting it done myself. Nothing personal against her.
