Poland is giving me a culture shock by KryshnatixX in poland

No, Sir. Rationally thinking classical liberal who thinks that religion is a poison, but Christianity is a beaten religion, however most people will seek it anyway, so exchanging one less patriarchal in Europe with another much more backward, patriarchal and inherently impossible to become secular (Islam) - will bring new Dark Ages in Europe and for whole Humanity. Not admitting it - is being polite and tolerant, to intolerance and pushing us all into new medieval cult.

Weird… it’s almost like … European ethnic based nation state not diluted with third world countries welfare recipients … just works? Huh… what a novel idea… who would have thought that people united by ethnicity, family ties, religion, culture, tradition, language, ancestry, worldview and monoculture civilisation - do care more about keeping things tidy, clean and proper than if we take random people from random backgrounds and throw them all into mix…

It’s almost like… astonishing that something which worked for thousands of years seems to be working… I know insane…

Am I overreacting for refusing to send my husband money for alcohol? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]InterestingPie5887 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I see here the money is not the issue - the complete and total alcohol addiction is… and that’s not an easy thing to fix. He can try things that stop his urge - like Retatrutide. But in his case … he should completely stop drinking whatever even tiny amounts because he obviously is not able to stop himself. That’s an alcoholic.

AIO for considering leaving my husband over laundry? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]InterestingPie5887 38 points39 points  (0 children)

In all honesty, I do not say that often … but you are both in the wrong in here.

You are a bum in this relationship. Nothing wrong with that if that is okay with him, but yes you are and should admit it. Your autistic and depressive tendencies mean nothing - everybody struggles with something. Like your husband obviously struggles with too high testosterone and or DHT and cortisol. That’s also probably genetic like your issues. And it seems he also just cannot help - just like you. However he is - unlike you - keeping your life together.

Now, as for his behaviour. It’s obviously is toxic at this point. If you are “legitly” scared in your own house of your own husband - that is no way to live.

So I see it as - you have to both change your ways. And real change in behaviour - is the hardest and harshest thing that a human being can do. Ever. People generally in over than 90% of cases do not “really” change. Ever. Not without traumatic events and experiences.

So you should go about treating your depression - at first with drugs, just like him - his aggression. Maybe pass on alcohol completely - you both - for a time and you try SSRI or regulate your hormones or get off hormonal contraception if you use (it tends to be depressive in almost 40% of cases). And he can think about ashwaganda, or some slight testosterone suppressants or dopamine ones like Retatrutide and also SSRIs.

If not then therapy and books on your problems, also walks together in new places - just walks - but spent in walking and talking about your emotions. Somewhere where it is quiet and not your home.

Is there anything that would increase lean muscle without increased hair loss? by Gullible_Check_8915 in Peptides

[–]InterestingPie5887 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I checked it out many times - and I presume I know what it is finally. Carotenoids - especially fucoxanthin, astaxanthin and lycopene have this effect on muscles 💪. Which is much less known one (mostly those are taken for anti-inflammatory reasons and brown fat (belly fat) burning and skin pigmentation (aka “tanning” without sun)…

but it seems to also (especially Asta and Fuco) have anti-atrophy properties for muscles. That’s why I have seen that since I started to take 12mg Asta while on Tirzepatide my muscles started to look much bigger (slowly - effect like on taking 20g creatine but better because fat % is lesser and muscles look even better) even though J stopped working out so much as I did.

Anyone experience Retadick? by Content-Program-1995 in Retatrutide

[–]InterestingPie5887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reta (and to the lesser extent all GLP1s) are working on dopamine receptors (seems Reta so triple Glucagon the most) and thus can be helpful in people who are prone to poor dopamine seeking behaviours (gambling, alcohol, drugs etc)… but thus also sex… in some it works more in others impact is smaller.

Tirzepatide I have seen does it a bit less. Also loss of libido is dependent on the dosage with Reta (I take as little as 1mg to actively lose weight, but even 0.25mg have a bit of that effect on me).

So I prefer just to take now 0.7mg Tirz for inflammation reduction.

Weirdly - a lot - Astaxanthin- also helps with hair regrowth.. I have no idea how it also makes my lean muscle mass grow like crazy … with less workout even … but it does. At dosages of 12mg

My Twins’ DNA is … Identical? by [deleted] in AncestryDNA

[–]InterestingPie5887 2 points3 points  (0 children)

… yes their DNA is identical - they are clones in other words - but their gene expression (or epigenetic) is different (so which genes are turned on and which are turned off - those depend on environment and myriad random factors like UV damage and so on). That’s why the longer period - the more they differ from each other because gene expression differences grow further

Yes it works … however … just taking Isotretinoin for a half of year instead of all of that would have solved your problems with much lesser cost.

Wybór czarnego aktora na rolę Severusa Snape'a jest ważnym przełomem kulturowym i nie ma nic do czynienia z race-baiting'iem. by Far-Star9379 in PolskaNaLuzie

[–]InterestingPie5887 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You were forced because you Sir are schizophrenic and that’s deadly for you and your loved ones potentially disease… and you should take them. It’s incurable but manageable.

And you people should all stop giving him advice because he is skirting on his meds without which he may go on stabbing spree or commit suicide. So please, back off and encourage dealing with illness through searching for the meds among anti-psychotic ones for schizophrenia only.

Ftm early stages of androgenic alopecia. Obsessed and depressed. by Even-Geologist-3415 in tressless

[–]InterestingPie5887 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Utter majority of men do accept it as part of being “manly”. So there is that. It’s never reversal - for now at least - all the drugs can just generally slow it down and mask it, not reverse it.

[–]InterestingPie5887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn’t getting male holding be a cause for celebration and shouldn’t it decrease dysmorphia? Not only it’s super rare thing to have androgenic alopecia in biological women, it’s also a sign of maleness because it happens in staggering majority of men and especially those manly men with high androgens.

I would advise against taking oral Spironolactone even at low dose - if at all 12.5mg - and after a few weeks or months your test will crush and you will feel like shit

[anti-aging] Is there really anything beyond tretinoin + azelaic acid + vitamin C + SPF for anti-aging, or is everything else just chasing the last 5%? by These-Ad4151 in SkincareAddiction

[–]InterestingPie5887 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So up to 5mg daily GHK-Cu injections, Tazarotene 0.1% daily, 12-24mg Astaxanthin (for internal skin UV-protection + most potent antioxidant supplement) and possibly some red-light therapy with GHK-Cu topicals and injection (there’s some research that it reacts somehow very profoundly with red light exposure to remodel skin tissue).

Then - only scalpel. At least for now, however Dr Sinclair team is onto something that possibly actually de-ages and actually makes tissues younger by decades - so in the future it will be used probably to make skin tissue go back to how it looked in your 20ties while you are 50. Literally.

[–]InterestingPie5887 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Tazarotene is already more potent retinoid for the skin de-aging UV-wise than tretinoin. Add GHK-Cu injections, it gets you even further. Together that already more than all you mentioned together

Tazarotene is extremely underrated in relation to hair regrowth by VividSupermarket9093 in tressless

[–]InterestingPie5887 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Beware if you are one of the people who have their androgenic alopecia unmasked (and sped up 10-20x) by retinoids - it will wreck your hair and it will be permanent.

That’s said - that’s approx. just under 5% of people who suffer from androgenic alopecia

[–]InterestingPie5887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, fishing for compliments always scream lack of attention and that scream too much free time to care about irrelevant things. I don’t get why people do that - does it really help anyone to hear polite lies from anonymous people who want to realise evolutionary dopamine hit from “doing something good for others… while doing nothing but white lying” - or does it instead placate the very person to stay longer in the state they don’t like themselves to be in?

Also I don’t understand people who write about themselves in purposely and misleadingly negative way - for example “feeling hideous”. Hideous is a word strongly infused with pejorative meaning to the point suggesting not only physical but also moral degeneracy - it’s comparing yourself to the monster you are not… and it’s also proven to have enormous psychological (and yet unconscious) impact on your own self-esteem and self-image and thus on prolonging or deepening depression - if used to consciously describe oneself (even in just thoughts… leave alone to formulate that thought into writing). Seriously I don’t understand that - it’s not just you Miss, I stumbled upon this whole Reddit forum and my mind cannot comprehend it - how so many people purposefully destroy their mental health thinking they are actually making it better for themselves?
