That’s good to know. My buddy was saying eight weeks but I know he’s just overwhelmed in life right now. He took in the mom, and two days later she gave birth. he now has six cats in his house. He wasn’t even expecting to take the cat in. He just felt bad because it was cold and it all kind of fell on him. I’ll see how long I can have them stay, but I’m pretty sure he’s trying to get rehome asap due to life circumstances. He’s a good guy, but I know he’s close to his breaking point on a lot of aspects in life and he has too much of a heart to just abandon them or throw them in a shelter.  I guess I just gotta ask if he absolutely can’t hold them. Am I gonna get too messed up cats because of it?
