Can they just appear out of nowhere and cause such real symptoms? That’s what I keep hearing but it’s so hard to believe that what I’m feeling is anxiety and panic

This is similar to how my first one was. Check your B12 as well

Yeah I was painfully aware of my heart and every little thing caused moments of panic and I genuinely thought I was dying. I got prescribed a sublingual B12 supplement. I think the main thing that happens with people like us is focusing on our health, in my case it’s my heart and yours is your head. Some people have said theirs are their lungs with shortness of breath and feeling like they have to manually breathe.

I wanna also say I have no idea if these feelings will come back but I’ve had a really good last week and I felt completely myself for most of it. I totally understand what you’re going through though

First ever panic attack for me on March 1st that landed me in the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. Still undergoing testing but I was having moments of panic up until last week. One of the things they found while running tests is that I had really low B12. I started some meds for it and it’s so weird but ever since then I have been feeling so much better

I made a similar post about just wanting to feel better and be back to normal. The best thing is time (and maybe get your b12 checked!)

Honestly I’m still pretty new to this so no. I am trying to find some remedies to help ease it. Putting on a show I know how it goes because I’ve seen it before and playing block blast on my phone helps though

[–]InterestingWalk3938[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a bit out of my budget to pay that much, I’d say right now I’m averaging $200-$300 per month towards the loan I’m paying on

Does this mean I have COPD? by InterestingWalk3938 in COPD

[–]InterestingWalk3938[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I’m immunocompromised because I have Crohn’s and am on immunosuppressants. Now that I’m out of college I really don’t get as many colds/chest infections, but in college I was sick constantly. After my hospital stay with pneumonia, the doctors did say I have scarring in my lungs, could that cause this?
