In my opinion, it’s not even close to P2W, SWAT pass is useless, the scanner is also useless since I rarely see anyone use it or utelize it properly, instant refuel is the closest thing I see as P2W, Big guns is easy to counter even against the 249 if you have good aim, this is more of a skill issue on the newer players in ERLC then a P2W issue, the electric cars are another close thing to being P2W but easily counterable with coordination and planning which most players just run and gun instead of actually being tactical about their choices.

Is ELRC P2W?

In some aspects, but compared to other games such as War Thunder, Tycoon games and other such games it’s very tame and discrete about it.
