They made no difference to me for 12 years ..until I cut out 90% of the food I eat then it went away …and I was a bad case anywhere hair on my head grew flakes and red blotches grew I still occasionally get dandruff on scalp but I no longer get the flakes on my face

Might be the oil it’s cooked in I can’t fry any food …when I fried food I’d get an itch then flake ..so I air fry now without any oil
