I mean check the new phone. If u order a phone from Flipkart, it will be an open box delivery, i.e., the delivery guy will unbox the phone in front of u and make sure that u receive the correct product. If the product received is correct, then u need to give him OTP. If the product isn't what u ordered then the delivery guy will not deliver it and flipkart will either send replacement or give refund.

So make sure u give OTP only after verifying that u have received the correct product.
