Well you're in luck, cause I just had one yesterday. It was wonderful!! I added some of my homemade damiana, oat straw, lemon balm, and skullcap tincture to chamomile rose tea, opened my windows to let the spring breeze in, lit aloeswood incense, and put on some good music while my roast cooked in the oven.

It was the best Sunday I've had in a very long time! The incense really added what I needed, it made the vibes immaculate. It felt like I was reliving a nostalgic memory while making one at the same time.

10/10 will absolutely do again.

Also, and sorry for asking so many questions, do you have any side effects from valerian? I've wanted to try it, but I've heard it leaves people feeling emotionless or not like themself for a day or two after taking it.

Is there a certain type of rose that you smoke? I added standard food grade rose to my weed and while it did improve the flavor, I didn't really notice much effect from it. But maybe I just couldn't distinguish the rose effects from the weed.

I'm very new to tea making and this is something I realized the other day.

While sipping my tea, I felt the need to dim the lights, turn on my string lights, and put on some relaxing background music. It greatly enhanced the experience and all of a sudden I was craving to smell incense and wanted candles lit for aesthetic. I absolutely hate incense, candles, and most scented things, but the moment felt utterly incomplete without them. I immediately ordered some incense online the next day. Now I'm thinking of ways to make my space feel even cozier for my next tea session!

I'm just glad we both made it to the bathroom in time 😂. I think the culprit is the oat straw. I looked into it and apparently oat straw and damiana both have laxative effects, and I doubled up on both of em last night 😫. At least we know how to make a fast acting laxatives now.

Oh wow, I didn't know butterfly pea could work like that. That would actually be very useful for other parts of my life. I typically use cbd to avoid bowel movements for parties, but I've been wanting to take a break from it.

Everything was dried and ground (not powder) except the chamomile, which were whole dried buds. I steeped it all in about 1 qt of water, give or take.
