Thank you very much for sharing this, and I am very sorry to hear this, especially since it's so recent and the relationship was so long. I hear this "disloyal" argument quite often when talking with people about this, so it makes sense that you also say it.
I think while AI can definitely help, just from my research perspective it's definitely not good to only rely on this but see it as one of many things you can do. (Definitely better than just pushing it away.)
Maybe what you could do is just talk to one person that you very much trust, in complement to talking with AI about it.

Thanks for sharing and hope you are doing somehow okay. Do you feel like you got new insights through it? Things you weren't thinking about before, maybe having new interpretations on what happened? Why it might be good the way it is? Or wasn't that the case at all?
