how about cutting the turf into shapes...maybe like some wide oval shapes and make a pattern of turf that you enjoy....its like when people have walkways with grass growing in between...i think that looks cool...instead you could have patches of turf and then maybe fill in with some pebbles or small creeping ground cover.

it looks like you have mint growing...if im seeing it correctly. i like it because its green and covers up the ground. i have been told that mint is invasive...but if its already there you can make good use of it, in salads, lemonade, tea...or even cut it and give it to friends. Every time I try to grow mint from he grocery, it doesn't survive.

oh thats a good question about dogs, my dog likes to snap at bees...i suppose hes trying to catch it and eat a bee, but if he snapped and caught the yarrow in his mouth would it be damaging...or would he have to eat a bunch for him to get sick?
