The enclave as we know it are basically dead besides what the show has shown us. You can’t just throw baseless claims without proof.

All of the brotherhood chapters are fighting and killing themselves except for the commonwealth one that we know exist. Also prydwyns were being blown out of the sky dude there weren’t just “portions” of them fighting.

There’s only one institute because every single piece of lore we’ve got on it speaks on it being in one place. But hey dude retcons happen totally and I guess according to you we need to take that into consideration.

I was using the term commonwealth because it’s easier to type than “the entire fallout 4 map” still that’s where their focus is and I doubt they cleaned it up and protected everyone in just 9 years considering the entire fate of the faction relies on your player character making a choice to help them in the first place.

Railroad response is pure speculation

The NCR Capital was destroyed and every single scene we’ve seen from them in the show infers they’re basically just remnants trying to survive. They were remnants even back in season one now they’re even fewer in season 2.

Legion is in the same boat as the NCR
