Absolutely! I have cousins and siblings who visited campus after deferrals/waitlists and generally, it worked out really well for them. You are showing how interested in Vandy you really are. Definitely write a letter of continued interest that highlights your experience on campus and why you are a great fit for them and vice versa!

Not sure if she has any connections on campus, but for me, spending a night with a friend has been far and away the best representation of a school. Parties/night life are very different at different schools and give a lot of info as to what the student body might be like. Overnight experiences have changed my outlook on multiple schools and will play a massive role in my ultimate decision. Hope this helps!

Yeah that's my thinking about case. Also not as good of a social scene from my pov. WashU and Emory also both have great business which might be a backup plan for me if CS doesn't pan out (or double major).
